Let me start with this, the art itself is beautiful.
The shadowing, highlights, and hair is almost perfect! The only thing I see is that the nose should project out a bit more and the lower lip should be smaller just by a little and lower on the face. Though the eyes are amazing, you should try to make the 'sparkle' or 'shine' a bit more blended into it like your other highlights. The lip shine is very nice and you may want to put a bit on the top to not have it so dark.
Again, this piece is quite aesthetically pleasing. I will continue to watch your new work when it appears. I hope you do the same with me.
